Detail Description

Baot JC Glaze Powder is a high-performance dental glazing material designed to provide a smooth, glossy, enamel-like finish for porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations. It enhances the final aesthetics by sealing surface porosities, improving stain resistance, and delivering a natural tooth-like luster. Formulated for stable firing and easy brush application, it is suitable for both anterior and posterior restorations within the Baot JC Metal Ceramic System and other compatible ceramic workflows.

Material type: Dental ceramic glaze powder
Application: Final glazing of PFM restorations
Use stage: Post dentin and enamel layering
Firing temperature: ~800°C (±10°C depending on furnace)
Heating rate: 55°C/min
Start temperature: 450°C
Hold time: 1 minute
Mixing medium: Distilled water or Baot Modeling Liquid
Compatibility: Baot JC ceramic system and standard metal-ceramic systems

For best results, apply a thin and uniform glaze layer to avoid pooling or uneven gloss. Ensure the restoration is clean and fully completed before glazing. Follow controlled firing and gradual cooling to maintain surface integrity and avoid microcracks. Re-glazing can be performed for final adjustments if needed.
