3M Unitek Forsus Fatigue Resistant Device L-Pin Module is a fixed orthodontic functional appliance used for the correction of Class II malocclusions. It delivers continuous, compliance-free force to promote mandibular advancement and improve occlusal relationships.

The system is designed for chairside efficiency with a pre-assembled spring module and L-pin attachment mechanism, enabling secure engagement with molar tubes. Its fatigue-resistant construction ensures long-term force delivery with minimal maintenance and high clinical reliability.
