The 3M ESPE RelyX Fiber Post system consists of high-strength glass fiber posts designed to reinforce endodontically treated teeth prior to core build-up and final restoration. These posts closely mimic the elasticity of natural dentin, reducing stress concentration and lowering the risk of root fracture compared to traditional metal posts.
With a radiopaque, translucent structure, the posts provide excellent visibility on radiographs while maintaining superior esthetics under all-ceramic or composite restorations. The macro-retentive coronal design improves mechanical retention with composite core materials, while the microporous surface enhances bonding with resin cement for long-term stability. The 3M ESPE RelyX Fiber Post system consists of high-strength glass fiber posts designed to reinforce endodontically treated teeth prior to core build-up and final restoration.
